Pauline is a Dutch African in diaspora residing in the Netherlands, Her heritage is Nigerian in west africa. She had her post graduate studies in the Netherlands and she has worked in academia as a researcher for over a decade. As an african in Diaspora, she believes that the strength of africa lies in its ability to unite as a continent, country and ethnic group. It is this thought that motivated her to found the African in Diaspora Leadership Initiative (AfDiLI) in Rotterdam the Netherlands. She is very grateful to all the foundational members that keyed into the vision and brought the ideas to reality. (Click here for pix of foundational members).
